B. Anthony Weber

Biography:
Mr. Weber is President and CIO of Veredus, and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Fund. Prior to founding Veredus, he was President and Senior Portfolio Manager of SMC Capital, Inc. Mr. Weber received his BA from Centre College of Kentucky, and has more than 24 years of investment experience.

Charles P. McCurdy, Jr., CFA

Biography:
Mr. McCurdy is an Executive Vice President of Veredus, and a portfolio manager here since February 2000. Prior to joining Veredus, he was the Director of Research at SMC Capital, Inc. Mr. McCurdy received his BS from the University of Louisville.
