Ms. Zerhusen is a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at Optimum. She joined the firm in October 2003, but has been managing the Fund since May 1999 while previously employed with Talon Asset Management.  She received her Diplom Ingenieur from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology with concentrations in life sciences, biotechnology and economics, and her MA in Economics from the University of Illinois.  Ms. Zerhusen is a member of the Financial Analysts Federation, and is fluent in English, French and German.
