Nancy J. Holland, CPA
	Biography: Ms. Holland is the Global Head of Property at Fortis Investments, and a co-manager here since the fund's inception. She built the North American platform and assumed responsibility for global property products and processes in 2005. Ms. Holland holds a BS in Accounting from Saint Louis University, and has more than 24 years of investment experience.

Joseph Pavnica
	Biography: Mr. Pavnica is the Head of American Property at Fortis Investments, and has been a co-manager at the fund since October 2005. He received his BS in accounting from St. Joseph’s College and his MBA from Indiana University Northwest.

Menno Sloterdijk
	Biography: Mr. Sloterdijk Head of European Property, and has more than 13 years of investment experience. He holds a master’s degree in Geography from the University of Groningen.

Matthew Hoult
	Biography: Mr. Hoult is the Head of Asia Pacific Property, and has more than nine years of experience. Mr. Hoult received a Bachelor of Business degree from the University of Technology–Sydney, and completed the Securities Institute of Australia Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment.
