Cynthia Tusan, CFA
	Biography: Ms. Tusan is President of SGA. Prior to founding the firm in 2005, she spent 16 years as a Senior Portfolio Manager at Wells Fargo and Wells Capital Management. Ms. Tusan has a BA in Economics from Bryn Mawr College and an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA.

Gary Baierl, PhD
	Biography: Dr. Baierl is the Chief Investment Officer for SGA. Prior to joining the firm, he served as the Director of Quantitative Research at Causeway Capital Management in Los Angeles. Dr. Baierl earned a PhD in Managerial Economics and Decision Science from Northwestern University and a BA in Mathematics and Economics from Boston University.

Mark Wimer, CFA
	Biography: Mr. Wimer joined SGA in January 2008 from Harris Investment Management, where he managed quantitative strategies. Mr. Wimer has a BS in Computer & Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from the Johnson School at Cornell University.
