Bryce James
	Biography: Mr. James is President and Chief Compliance Officer for Smart Portfolios, which he co-founded in 2002. He has more than 23 years of investment experience. He holds a BS in Accounting, Finance and Marketing from Central Washington University.

Shawn Bird
	Biography: Mr. Bird is the Chief Technology Officer for Smart Portfolios, which he co-founded in 2002. He has more than 14 years of experience in advanced technology and oversees the Fund’s asset allocation model. He holds a BS in Physics from the University of Iowa, and an MBA and a PhD in Information Systems from Texas Tech University.

John Rosenthal
	Biography: Mr. Rosenthal is a Senior Portfolio Manager with Smart Portfolios and responsible for the day-to-day management of the Fund. Prior to joining the firm in August 2007, he was the Director of Risk Management for Boeing Capital, and has more than 22 years of investment experience. Mr. Rosenthal received his BS in Mathematics from Creighton University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
