	Biography: Black Rock Institutional Management Corporation (BIMC) was organized in 1977 to perform advisory services for investment companies and has its principal offices at 100 Bellevue Parkway, Wilmington, Delaware 19809. BIMC is a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of BlackRock, Inc. (“BlackRock”), one of the largest publicly traded investment management firms in the United States. BIMC and its affiliates had approximately $1.259 trillion in investment company and other portfolio assets under management as of September 30, 2008. BlackRock is an affiliate of The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. and Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc. While BIMC is ultimately responsible for management of the Company’s portfolio, it is able to draw upon the research and expertise of its asset management affiliates for portfolio decisions and management with respect to certain portfolio securities.
